The Spiritual Variant is the ideal route to live a first experience on the Camino de Santiago away from the crowds and bustle of other routes. A trip in which you will have the opportunity to visit wonderful fishing villages in the Rías Baixas, beautiful coastal landscapes and exquisite cuisine based on fish and seafood. You can also enjoy a pleasant sea-river crossing that seeks to recreate the arrival in Galicia of the body of the Apostle Santiago, after his martyrdom in Jerusalem.

But in addition to the experience by sea, pilgrims who venture to do this variant will discover beautiful monuments and landscapes, such as the Monastery of A Armenteira or the route of A Pedra de da Auga, a beautiful 8 km route characterized by the presence of dozens of water mills surrounded by dense vegetation.

During the month of February, the international platoon travels to Galicia to tour the four provinces that make up it.
